CompuSource will coordinate all of your communications for your new facility or internal moves in your existing building, and even remove your abandoned cable, as per NEC Code Art. 800 requirements. We can address these concerns for you.

Abandoned Cable:

Responsibility of removal of abandoned wiring (not what is clearly marked as future use) lies with the owner. However, in some instances, the cabling company that installed the infrastructure needs to clearly call this out to the building owner or tenant to avoid any culpability issues later on, should the owner or tenant leave the premises. There are exceptions such as where wiring qualifies as "intelligent wiring" to the building and as one group leaves, the next merely connect to it.
